Our Story
Carolina Nut House began as a family passion in 1998, bringing our honey-roasted creations to markets, festivals, and craft fairs across the region. For 28 years, we’ve delighted crowds with our simple yet irresistible offerings: Honey Roasted Pecans, Cashews, and Almonds, plus a mixed nut blend.
Our Process
Each nut is roasted in a copper kettle—essential for even heat—and coated with a signature blend of honey, granulated sugar, vanilla, butter flavoring, and a pinch of salt. Gluten-free and dairy-free, these treats are crafted with care, keeping the nuts moving to prevent burning and ensure perfection.
